The tour may be conducted in reverse order without prior notice, visiting Lauterbrunnen first, followed by Grindelwald and Interlaken in the afternoon (applicable for departures from Zurich or Lucerne only)

Please note that some shops in Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen are closed on Sundays.

From Zurich and Lucerne, set off on a scenic coach journey through beautiful Swiss countryside, crossing the spectacular Brünig Pass on your way to Interlaken. Nestled between the turquoise waters of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, Interlaken is a picture-perfect alpine destination. Enjoy its lively streets, scenic views, and the unforgettable sight of paragliders drifting through the sky above the town. From Interlaken, drive to the charming mountain village of Grindelwald. Set in the heart of the Alps, this charming destination is known for its wooden chalets and a dramatic mountain scenery. Enjoy breathtaking views in every direction, especially of the iconic peaks Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. You will have approximately 3.5 hours of free time to discover the area at your own pace and enjoy optional activities of your choice. For a real highlight, take the cable car up to Mount First. Feel the thrill on the famous First Cliff Walk by Tissot, a suspended walkway high above the valley, or slow down and enjoy a relaxing break at the mountaintop restaurant with panoramic alpine views. You can also stroll to the “First View” platform for even more panoramic scenery. If you’re looking for more adventure, explore the Glacier Canyon, where powerful glacier waters have carved striking rock formations over thousands of years. Alternatively, take a nostalgic ride up to Mount Pfingstegg, offering stunning views and fun alpine activities in a relaxed setting. These activities are optional and available at an additional cost. Later, continue by coach to Lauterbrunnen, famous for its 72 waterfalls and once inspiration for writers such as Goethe and J.R.R. Tolkien. Enjoy free time to explore the charming village, stroll its picturesque streets, and admire Staubbach Falls, Switzerland’s third-highest waterfall and a true landmark of the valley. Full of mountain-fresh air and fond alpine memories, meet your tour guide for the return journey in the afternoon.
